The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The gift card is nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in full or part. If you pay for your treatment by gift card, please remember to bring it with you.

We will not compensate customers for lost gift cards. Please ensure that you make arrangements to use your gift card well before it's expiration day, because we unfortunately cannot accept gift cards that have expired.

The treatment indicated by the gift card can be changed to another treatment of similar value.
